These baking dishes are made from earthenware clay and we recommend to:

*NEVER transfer the dish from the freezer or refrigerator directly to the oven

*Please do not use this dish with recipes that require oven temperatures greater than 325 degrees

*Preheat dish along with your over to prevent the piece from cracking
